Our U.S. operations are led by Saadi S. Awan, a healthcare and business professional based in Brownsville, Texas. With experience across healthcare operations, business development, and professional services, Saadi leads A1 Venture Group's mission of helping physicians build stronger, more scalable practices.

Saadi holds a degree in Human Biology from the University of California, San Diego. He joined A1 SA Group in 2020, and in 2025 he led the formation of A1 Venture Group as its U.S. healthcare-focused successor.
